In November 1994, two men, George McAleer of Ferguson Heritage and John Hanlon of Cooley Vintage festival fame got together to plan a working demonstration of vintage Ferguson tractors and implements at the Cooley Ralley in August 1995.  As time and talks went on, interest grew and the prospect of a working demonstration becoming a world record attempt dawned on the organisers.Set in the magnificent surroundings of Cooley Peninsula this dvd traces the difficult path embarked upon, through uncertainty and high emotion, to the most exciting climax on a day never to be forgotten, wherever vintage enthusiasts gather.We offer our grateful thanks to all those who worked together, to make this historic day a resounding success especially the owner of the 356 Ferguson tractors of which 322 took part in this world record making achievement.
